Data Algorithms Services LLC started as a software and data engineering practice — the kind of work that has you at a keyboard for ten hours before you notice your wrist hurts. We started designing our own hardware because nothing on the market was built for that pace, and we kept going because it turned out other engineers wanted the same thing.
Every product here is used internally first. If it doesn't survive our own workload, it doesn't ship.

3. Shipping Policy
- Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days from our Somerville, MA facility.
- Standard shipping within the United States generally takes 5–10 business days after processing; expedited options may be available at checkout in a live environment.
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds
- Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error on our part.
- Hardware defects covered under our 2-year workmanship warranty will be repaired or replaced at no cost; this warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear.
